Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on the selected service.

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

We ship via Royal Mail using Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 services. Delivery times are estimated and may vary during busy periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details where applicable.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside of our control. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of lash and beauty products, hygiene and safety are our top priority.
Lash Products

  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

  • Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and resaleable condition.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo of the issue

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Training courses, deposits, or digital content

 

Training Courses & Academy Bookings

  • Training course fees and deposits are non-refundable.

  • Course dates may be transferred at the discretion of BeautyCall, subject to availability and notice period.

  • GTi registration fees are paid directly to Guild Training International and are non-refundable.

 

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
