Welcome to BeautyCall. By booking an appointment, enrolling on a training course, or purchasing products from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About BeautyCall

BeautyCall is a beauty business based in Southampton, UK, providing:

  • Professional lash treatments

  • Accredited beauty training through BeautyCall Academy

  • Lash products for professional and personal use

References to “we”, “us” or “our” refer to BeautyCall. References to “you” refer to the client, student, or customer.

2. Appointments & Bookings (Beauty Services)

Booking

  • All appointments are subject to availability.

  • Bookings can be made online or via direct contact.

  • You must provide accurate contact details when booking.

Deposits

  • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit or full appointment charge.

  • Failure to attend (no-shows) will be charged in full.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and the full fee may still apply.

 

3. Treatments & Client Responsibility

  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or previous reactions prior to treatment.

  • Patch tests are required for certain treatments and must be completed within the recommended timeframe.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop a treatment if we believe it may not be safe or suitable for you.

Results can vary from person to person, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

 

4. Training Courses (BeautyCall Academy)

Course Booking

  • Course places are only secured once full payment (or agreed deposit) is received.

  • Training dates are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

Accreditation

  • All courses are Guild Training International (GTi) accredited.

  • Students must be registered with GTi before attending training.

  • A £25 GTi registration fee applies per accreditation and is payable directly to GTi.

Course Delivery

  • Theory is completed online through GTi.

  • Practical training takes place in person at BeautyCall Academy.

  • Full attendance is required to receive certification.

Cancellations & Refunds (Training)

  • Training fees are non-refundable once course materials or access has been provided.

  • If BeautyCall needs to reschedule a course, an alternative date will be offered.

 

5. Products & Online Shop

Orders

  • All product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible.

  • Products are subject to availability.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

  • Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

 

6. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£).

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

  • Payments must be made in full before services, training, or product dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, course materials, images, branding, and training resources are the property of BeautyCall and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

 

8. Liability

  • BeautyCall is not responsible for adverse reactions where clients have failed to disclose relevant medical information.

  • We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.

  • Training outcomes depend on individual effort, practice, and application of skills learned.

 

9. Behaviour & Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or training to anyone displaying inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour, without refund.

 

10. Changes to These Terms

BeautyCall reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
